UK Standard Delivery normally takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. UK Next Day Delivery is available on eligible orders placed before 12pm Monday–Friday.

International delivery times vary depending on your location. European deliveries take approximately 5–7 working days, while deliveries to the rest of the world take approximately 7–10 working days.

Yes, we ship internationally to selected countries. Shipping costs will be calculated and added at checkout.

Please note, we do not currently ship to Spain.

We accept a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience convenient. These include credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as PayPal and Shop Pay.
In some regions, alternative payment methods such as Apple Pay or Google Pay may also be available.

We take the utmost care when packing and shipping your order. Very occasionally, an order may become damaged in transit.

If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us using our contact form or email contact@emmahardie.com, and include a photograph of the damage so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

If you contact our Customer Care team within our working hours, Monday to Friday, 9am–5.15pm GMT, there is a possibility we may be able to intercept your order. However, we work hard to pick, pack and dispatch orders quickly, so it may already be too late.

For hygiene reasons, items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition, with all seals, packaging and cellophane intact.

Items must be returned within 21 days of dispatch.

Our team will review your request and provide further return instructions. Please wait for confirmation from our team before sending your parcel back.

We do not currently offer a free returns service.

We recommend returning items using a tracked postal service or obtaining a Certificate of Posting, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit without proof of posting.

Returns are usually processed within a few days of receiving the goods.

Refunds may take up to 7 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.

Very occasionally, people may react to certain products they have not used before. Please read the ingredients list, which can be found on the back of our cartons.

In all cases, we recommend you visit your doctor in the first instance.

We have a special form that needs to be completed if you do have a reaction to any product, so we can advise the manufacturer of the symptoms and details of the reaction.
