My order has arrived damaged, what should I do?
We take the utmost care in packing and shipping your order, unfortunately on a rare occasion, it can get damaged in transit. If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us using this form stating whether you would like a refund or replacement.

How do I use a promotional code?
- When you have finished shopping, click on the Shopping Bag at the top right hand corner.
- Review your order and select Checkout.
- Enter your promotional code into the 'Offer Code' box and click 'Redeem' to activate your voucher code.

Are your products available for sale in all countries?
Our products are not currently available for sale in all countries; however, we are striving to increase our distribution across the world. For information on which countries stock the range, please check our stockists page.

I'm having difficulties using the website - can you help?
If you are experiencing problems when using the website, please contact us using the form on our contact page or reach out to our customer services team who will be happy to help.

What if I have an allergic reaction to your products?
All our products have been dermatologically tested and approved as suitable for sensitive skin.
If you are concerned about experiencing an allergic reaction, we recommend that you read our ingredients list thoroughly and test the product in the crease of your elbow or behind the
ear before applying to the face.
If you think you have suffered from an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately.
The item I want is out of stock - will you be getting more stock?
If an item you want is currently out of stock, you can enter your email address to be notified when it is back in stock on our website.

How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately using this form including your order number. We will make every effort to intercept your order, however the warehouse team work very hard to ensure that orders are picked, packed and despatched efficiently to get orders to you as soon as possible, so it is possible that it may be too late to cancel.

Are your products tested on animals?
We are proud to state that all our products are approved under the Cruelty Free International Leaping Bunny programme, the gold standard for cruelty free products. For more information, please visit www.crueltyfreeinternational.org
Are your products vegan/vegetarian?
All our products are vegan, except for our Moringa Cleansing Balm, which contains small traces of Beeswax. All products are 100% vegetarian.
Are your products natural?
Our formulations are developed using high-grade, skin-friendly actives, harvested from the natural world. Synthetic ingredients included serve to stabilise and preserve for the highest quality formulations.
They are free from parabens, synthetic colours, petrochemicals, mineral oil, sulphates, and skin-sensitising ingredients such as retinol and glycolic acid.
Emma Hardie fragrances are made up of 100% natural essential oils however are listed on pack as Parfum (Fragrance).
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our products are suitable for all skin types and are formulated without common skin irritants. If you have any concerns, we recommend carrying out a patch test before using the product on your face.
Can I use your products when pregnant?
All our products are safe to use during pregnancy, however, some women prefer to avoid essential oils during pregnancy. If in doubt, please speak to your midwife or medical practitioner.
