When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within one working day.

Dispatch times depend on the delivery option selected at checkout.

UK Next Day Delivery

        Order before 12pm Monday–Friday to receive your order the next working day.

        Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day and delivered the following working day.

        Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

UK Standard Delivery

UK Standard Delivery is sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48™.

        Orders are processed within 1 working day.

        Delivery normally takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.

        You will receive tracking updates once your order has been dispatched.

International Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

        Europe: approximately 5–7 working days

        Rest of the world: approximately 7–10 working days

International deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to customs procedures or local postal services.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Most UK deliveries are tracked and may require a signature on delivery.

You can track your parcel using the link provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

I haven’t received my parcel

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

If your tracking link is not updating, or the expected delivery time has passed, please contact our team and we will be happy to help.

Returns Policy

For hygiene reasons, items can only be returned if they are:

        Unopened

        Unused

        In re-saleable condition

        With all seals, packaging and cellophane intact

Items must be returned within 21 days of dispatch.

How do I start a return?

To request a return, please email contact@emmahardie.com and include:

        Your order number

        The item(s) you wish to return

        The reason for the return

Our team will review your request and provide further return instructions.

Please wait for confirmation from our team before sending your parcel back.

Do I pay to return my item?

We do not currently offer a free returns service.

We recommend returning items using a tracked postal service or obtaining a Certificate of Posting, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit without proof of posting.

How long will it take to process my return?

Returns are usually processed within a few days of receiving the goods.

Refunds may take up to 7 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.
