When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within one working day.
Dispatch times depend on the delivery option selected at checkout.
UK Next Day Delivery
- Order before 12pm Monday–Friday to receive your order the next working day.
- Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day and delivered the following working day.
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
UK Standard Delivery
UK Standard Delivery is sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48™.
- Orders are processed within 1 working day.
- Delivery normally takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- You will receive tracking updates once your order has been dispatched.
International Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on your location.
- Europe: approximately 5–7 working days.
- Rest of the world: approximately 7–10 working days.
International deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to customs procedures or local postal services.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Most UK deliveries are tracked and may require a signature on delivery.
You can track your parcel using the link provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
I haven’t received my parcel
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
If your tracking link is not updating, or the expected delivery time has passed, please contact our team and we will be happy to help.

Returns
We hope you love every Emma Hardie purchase. If you've changed your mind, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
For hygiene reasons, returned products must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In their original, resaleable condition
- Returned with all seals, packaging and cellophane intact
If your order arrives in more than one delivery, the 14-day return period begins when you receive the final item. If the final day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline moves to the next working day.
How do I start a return?
To request a return, please email contact@emmahardie.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- A brief reason for your return
- A clear statement confirming that you wish to return your order
Once we've received your request, our Customer Care team will provide full return instructions.
Please wait for confirmation before sending your parcel.
Do I pay for return postage?
Unless your item is faulty, damaged or sent in error, you'll be responsible for the cost of returning your order.
We recommend using a tracked postal service or obtaining proof of postage, as we're unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit without proof of posting.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we've received your returned items, or proof that they've been sent back, we'll process your refund as quickly as possible and no later than 14 days.
Refunds are always made using your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take a few additional working days to show the refund in your account.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you've received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@emmahardie.com.
Our Customer Care team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
