How to earn Ritual Rewards points with your retailer receipt
Collecting points from your favourite Emma Hardie retailers is simple.
Step 1: Shop & keep your receipt
Purchase your Emma Hardie favourites from a participating retailer and keep your receipt as proof of purchase. You'll have 30 days from the purchase date to upload it and claim your points.
Step 2: Sign in to EH Ritual Rewards
Visit our EH Ritual Rewards page and log in to your account.
New to Ritual Rewards? You can join before submitting your receipt.
Step 3: Find Upload Receipt
On the EH Ritual Rewards page, scroll to Ways to Earn Points and select Upload Receipt.
Step 4: Upload your receipt
You can upload your receipt directly, or scan the QR code with your phone to take and upload a picture of your receipt.
Make sure your receipt is clear and shows your purchase details.
Once you've submitted it, our team will review your receipt and add your points when approved.
How many Ritual Rewards points will you earn?
Every eligible receipt brings you a little closer to your next Emma Hardie reward.
The number of points you earn depends on your current EH Ritual Rewards tier.

You can earn points on eligible Emma Hardie purchases from the participating retailers shown above, including Amazon, Marks & Spencer, Space NK, LOOKFANTASTIC, Cult Beauty, GLOSSYBOX and more.
You'll need to keep your receipt so we can verify your purchase.
Do I need to be an EH Ritual Rewards member?
Yes. You'll need an EH Ritual Rewards account so we can add the points to your balance.
If you're already a member, simply log in. If you're new, you can create an account on our Ritual Rewards page.
How do I upload my receipt?
Log in to your EH Ritual Rewards account and scroll to Ways to Earn Points.
Select Upload Receipt. You can upload your receipt directly or scan the QR code with your phone to take and upload a photo.
Can I upload a digital receipt or online order invoice?
If you've purchased Emma Hardie online, please use a receipt or invoice that clearly shows the retailer, purchase date and Emma Hardie products purchased.

What should my receipt show?
To help us review your purchase, please make sure your receipt clearly shows:
- The retailer's name
- The date of purchase
- The Emma Hardie product or products purchased
- The purchase details, including prices
Please make sure we can clearly see the full receipt, especially the purchase date and Emma Hardie products. We may be unable to approve your submission if these details are missing or difficult to read.
How long do I have to upload my receipt?
Please upload your receipt within 30 days of your purchase.
We recommend uploading it soon after shopping, while your receipt is easy to find.
Can I claim points for purchases made before the feature launched?
Receipt rewards are available for eligible Emma Hardie purchases made on or after 19 October 2026.
Purchases made before this date do not qualify for receipt upload points.
Can I upload a receipt with several Emma Hardie products?
Of course. Your receipt can include more than one Emma Hardie product.
However, we award points per eligible receipt, not per product.
For example, if you're in the Brilliance tier, an approved receipt will earn 150 points, whether it includes one eligible Emma Hardie product or several.
Can I upload more than one receipt?
Yes. You can upload separate receipts for separate eligible purchases.
Each receipt must show a qualifying purchase, and you can only claim points once for the same receipt.
Can I earn points on Emma Hardie purchases from Amazon?
Yes! Eligible Emma Hardie purchases from Amazon are included in our receipt rewards programme.
Keep your purchase receipt or order invoice so you can upload your proof of purchase.

When will my points appear in my account?
Our team reviews receipt submissions before awarding points.
Once we approve your receipt, we'll add the points to your EH Ritual Rewards account. You can check your updated balance by logging in to the rewards page.
What if my receipt isn't accepted?
Please check that your receipt clearly shows an eligible Emma Hardie purchase from a participating retailer and falls within the 30-day submission window.

Where can I check my points and redeem rewards?
Simply log in to EH Ritual Rewards.
From there, you can view your points balance, explore the rewards available to you and redeem your points when you've collected enough.
