We're celebrating International Women's Day with our co-owner Jane Foulston.
We've asked Jane to share with us her top tips to unwind after a busy day of work:
1. Create an at-home spa:
After meetings in central London and travelling on public transport I take time to properly cleanse my face and remove any dirt that comes with the city pollution. I use our bestselling Moringa Cleansing Balm to remove all makeup and follow up with our serums and creams. The beautiful botanical scent is calming and relaxing, and I cherish the evening ritual.
Jane's picks for creating an at-home spa:
Moringa Cleansing Balm (£47)
The award-winning balm, with its iconic scent, deeply cleanses, nourishes and moisturises the skin, removing all traces of dirt and makeup.
Moringa Renewal Treatment Mask (£49)
This rich face mask provides intense hydration, brightens the skin and improves clarity leaving skin vibrant and plump.
Brilliance Facial Oil (£39)
Perfect for practising at-home facial massage to encourage lymphatic drainage, the Brilliance Facial Oil is a lightweight multi-active oil complex containing nine essential oils.
Midas Touch Revitalising Day Cream (£44)
This hydrating cream immediately plumps fine lines and wrinkles as well as lifting and tightening the skin.
2. Practice a hobby:
It’s important to switch your mind from work-mode and focus on
something completely different. I like to play piano so I’ll practice some
classical music so my brain can concentrate from something other than the
business.
3. Show gratitude:
At the end of each day I take some time to be mindful and show
gratitude. Taking time every day to acknowledge what, and who, you are grateful
for has been said to decrease stress levels and impact positively on your
health.
We champion strong woman at Emma Hardie and I would like to
thank our founder Emma Hardie, head office team and fantastic brand ambassadors
for all their hard work and dedication, as well as our loyal customers for
continuing to support the Emma Hardie brand.
